We offer FREE Shipping for all orders that are shipped to a Rainbow Store for pickup. There is no order minimum. There is no code needed.
How it works:
- During checkout select Ship to Rainbow Store for FREE.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive notifications via email and SMS when your order ships and when your order is ready to be picked up in store.

When will my order be ready for pick-up?
You will receive messages via email and SMS when your order is ready for pick up. Please do not go to the store until you receive this message.
Who can I contact if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail?
Please check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact Customer Service 1-844-572-4626.
How long will you hold my order for pick-up?
We will hold your order for 7 days. You will receive 2 reminder emails and a final pick up email. If your order is not picked up after 7 days it will be returned and refunded. A return shipping fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund.
Why was my order returned?
If your order is not picked up after 7 days, your order will be automatically returned.
Where do I go in the store to pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up at the register.
What time can I pick-up my order once it’s ready?
You can pick up your order anytime the store is open. Click here to visit our store locator and find hours for your store.
Who can pick my order up?
For your protection, only the recipient listed on the package will be able to pick-up the order. You will need a valid photo ID along with your order confirmation at the time of pick-up.
Is there anything I need to bring when I pick-up my order?
Bring your READY FOR PICKUP message and a valid photo ID (State ID, Driver’s License, or Passport) matching the name on the order.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order at the time it is shipped.
What if I need to return an item or items that I ordered?
Items can be returned in store or by shipping them back to our warehouse. Please refer to our return policy for the most up to date information.
