Returns

Online purchases can be returned either to RainbowShops.com or to any of our Rainbow store locations. To find the store location nearest you, please visit our store locator page.

You can return items purchased in their original, unused condition for a full refund of their merchandise value. We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date.

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, swim, earrings, gift cards, halloween costumes and all items marked Final Sale.

Men's items can only be returned to Rainbowshops.com. Men's items cannot be returned to stores.

    This is the second time my order was not placed at my apartment door yesterday my order was in the lobby where people can enter but not the main entrance you have to be Buzz Inn when you press the button by my name however I am deeply disappointed because I need the items because I have to have a button a shirt for surgery on my left eye now previously I ordered a shirt button down too but it was too hot for one it was white the other one it was just fine cuz I had eye surgery on my right eye I'm sorry I cannot explain like I want to but my eye is causing me so much pain back to the point someone open up my item that was delivered yesterday I got the notification but I was sleep at the time but when I went to the door my items right there but someone tried to steal it thank God that I got poor delivery service Evelyn Hawkins thank you rainbow but not to delivery service
